Made from Hickory King Corn, Rye, Crystal Barley and Chocolate Rye Malt, Twisted Cow distinguishes its whiskeys with unique and expressive small batch mash-bills.  Hickory King Corn does not impart high sweetness and the burn associated with most bourbon.  This bourbon is beautiful balance of corn & rye, with specialty malts that drive nougaty, carmely flavors that linger.

Creating complex and evolving flavors from estate grown grains and hand-crafted malts, we have significantly less reliance on time and barrels.  Designed for depth and evolving, lingering flavors driven by nature, with no additives, our whiskeys are crafted at the crossroads of science and art.  Your senses will be whisked away on a Whiskey Journey, guided by French Cognac Techniques.

Rye Dog Spirits is a tribute to our family's beloved dog, Jackson.  After failing Police and Guide Dog training, Jackson, at just 11 months old was struggling to find a family.  Our youngest son put him in his place, immediately creating an unmatched bond between young dog and young boy.  Jackson left a permanent spot in the hearts of our family and friends.  We dedicated Rye Dog in honor of Jackson's powerful and rich memory.
